Tally to WhatsApp Module :
Tally to WhatsApp TDL for Tally ERP.9 & Tally Prime has a fully automated process. This Module facilitates the user to send Whatsapp Messages from Tally for all voucher types (Invoice, Outstanding. Ledger, Material In, Material Out, Payment, Receipt, etc.)

Voucher Authorisation Module:
Voucher Authorisation Module helps you control and monitor voucher entries in Tally Prime. All vouchers entered by staff will go into Pending Approval status. Credit Control Module :
With the help of this add on you can fix a credit given to a particular customer. If the credit limit is consumed, no other sales order/ delivery note/ sales invoice can be generated for that particular customer. This module will not allow to exceed the value of set limit until an authorized person increase the credit limit. Incase of credit-limit bypass the system generates exception report..

It Verifies and validates the genuineness of the invoice. It contains name, location, date and time. The signed or Unsigned PDF invoice are moved into the user defined folder.

Voucher Type Level Security (SL)
A must have module for any multi-user company. This add-on module restricts user for creating or making any edit in the specific voucher type, based on users respective Security Level under which he/she is mapped or groupped.
Voucher Type Level Security (UL)
This enhanced security module provides rights to administrator to restrict a user for creating, making any edits, for cancelling or deleting, printing of a specific voucher type based on his/her respective user name. The administrator can also restrict the usage of default tally facilitiies like upload, email, export etc. for an user.
Brokerage Module :

Negative Stock Control Module :
This module prohibited user in making any sales invoice, delivery note and stock journal voucher, incase the issued quantity is more than the available stock. With the help of this a proper check can be maintained on items in stock and availability of items can be maintained.
Audit Trail Module :
This module shows and reports that which user has craeted the particular voucher, who has edited it or made any altretions to it and on which date and which time. This add-on maintain & report the entire trail of a voucher, user, date and time wise.
SMS Module :

Envelope Printing Module :
Sometimes it is required for the business to physically transport letters/parcels to Customers/Supplier or to government officials. This add-on in Tally Prime will allow you to print the address on envelope. You can define the size & place of printing the address on the envelope.
Standard Narration Module :
While making a data entry in accounting world, one can not escape writing a narration on voucher. No need to write the same wordings repeatedly every time now. This add-on will help in defining list of standard Narrations & recalling the same on entering the narration in a voucher.
Ledger/Group level Security :
Not all Ledger can be shown to every employee. This module can define user-wise security levels. This helps administrator to block displaying specific ledgers or group or group ledgers for some of users. Also the ledgers & group of ledgers are not going to appeare in any of the voucher entries.
Delete Cancel Disable Module :
This add-on will help remove the delete and cancel buttons in Tally Prime. Only administrators will be able to delete or cancel any transaction. This gives a more controlled environment for proper accounting.
